Bo Barron
In addition to co-founding HearthStone Capital, Bo is the CEO of Barron Commercial Group, a third-generation family business in the commercial real estate industry. Since taking over the company, he has led it to a 397% increase in revenue and regained majority market share. Bo’s disciplined and strategic approach, honed during his time as a Marine, has been key to his success in navigating the complexities of real estate decisions for their clients.
Bo also contributes to the industry as a Senior Instructor at the CCIM Institute, where he teaches the CI-102 Market Analysis course across the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico. He serves on the CCIM Foundation Board, supporting veterans and minorities in their career development.
Together with his brother, Timmy Barron, an actor and comedian, Bo co-hosts the podcast Commercially Speaking, making complex real estate concepts clear and entertaining for listeners.
Brad Ahrens
Brad began his real estate career in 2002 when he formed a funding model for syndicating, joint-venturing and developing real estate projects on a national level with institutional, family office and individual investors.
Since 2002, Brad has been involved in excess of $750M in transactions. He has developed senior housing and multi-family throughout the western US and has been involved in the acquisition of office, industrial, multi-family and retail assets.
In addition to Co-Founding HearthStone Capital, Brad is also the President of Concord Development Partners and Co-Founder of CRE Investor Coach. Brad holds the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and was also featured in the bestselling book “Brokers Who Dominate”.
